Civil Service Commission Chairman Francisco T. Duque III conferred the Citizen’s Satisfaction Center Seal of Excellence on July 25, 2014 to the six government offices that were assessed through the Anti-Red Tape Act Report Card Survey (ARTA RCS) in 2013 and have demonstrated public service excellence.
The said offices are as follows: (1) Government Service Insurance System- Antique Branch, (2) Land Bank of the Philippines- Kalibo Branch, (3) LBP- Miagao Branch, (4) Public Attorney’s Office- Kalibo District Office, (5) PAO- Roxas City District Office, and (6) PAO- Bacolod City District Office.
In his speech, Chairman Duque lauded the awardees and underscored the importance of nurturing the spirit of innovation and transforming their organization towards having a culture of excellence.
“Sana hindi matapos and mahusay ninyong paglilingkod sa Pilipino, bagkus ay magbigay pa ito sa inyo ng inspirasyon upang mas paghusayan pa ang inyong paninilbihan,” said the Chairman.
Aside from the glass seal, the officials and staff of the recipient-agencies of the Citizen’s Satisfaction Center Seal of Excellence also received a cash reward of P100,000 each.
