CSC urges RACE to excellence
As the Philippine Civil Service celebrates its 110th year this September, the Civil Service Commission urges all civil servants to respond to the call for change by joining the CSC in providing responsive, accessible, courteous, and effective public service (RACE).
Inspired by President Benigno Simeon C. Aquino’s call for reform: “kung walang corrupt, walang mahirap,” this year’s theme is:
“In a RACE to Serve: Advancing Responsive, Accessible, Courteous, and
Effective Public Service”
The month-long celebration aims to highlight the race to excellence of government agencies and instrumentalities.
