Interested applicants for the April 25, 2010 Career Service Examinations-Paper and Pencil Test (CSE-PPT) Professional and Subprofessional levels have until March 10, 2010 to file their applications.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Filipino citizen; of good moral character; have not been convicted by final judgment of an offense or crime involving moral turpitude, or disgraceful or immoral conduct, dishonesty, examination irregularity, drunkenness or addiction to drugs; have not been dishonorably discharged from military service or dismissed for cause from any civilian positions in the government; and have not taken the same level of CS examination in less than three months or have not failed the same examination for four times pursuant to CSC Memorandum Circular No. 56, s. 2002 (Frequency of Taking the Career Service Examinations).
Those with pending administrative and/or criminal cases may take the examination and shall be conferred the eligibility if they successfully pass the examination. However, if they are found guilty, their eligibility shall be forfeited based on the penalties stated in the decision and pursuant to Sec. 58 (a) of the Uniform Rules on Administrative Cases in the Civil Service and CSC Res. No. 010659, dated March 22, 2001.
Those who graduated with honors, passed the bar examination and those who already passed the same level of examination or a comparable level of examination given by the Professional Regulation Commission need not apply.
Applicants must properly accomplish the prescribed examination application form (CS Form No. 100 Revised 2008) and submit the following requirements: (1) four identical 1.5” x 2” ID pictures with white background and hand-held nametag (surname, first name, and middle initial) taken within three months before the date of filing of the application, (2) any valid ID (such as Driver’s License, SSS ID, GSIS ID, Postal ID, current office ID, Barangay ID, Voter’s ID, Valid Passport and Police Clearance which contain the applicant’s picture, signature, birthdate, and signature of the authorized head of the issuing agency) and photocopy of the same, and (3) Examination fee of Php350.00.
Pictures that are scanned, photocopied, or computer-enhanced will not be accepted. Applicants should not wear eye glasses or any accessory that may cover their facial features on their pictures.
For the April 25, 2010 CSE-PPT, there are three Examination Centers in region 6 which include Iloilo City, Bacolod City, and Roxas City.
